Continuous cooling of heat-generating elements such as spectrometer crystals and HTS coils is possible. There is a track record of supplying cooling for spectrometers and shield refrigeration for current limiters.
This is a device for stably supplying liquefied nitrogen to test specimens at temperatures between 67K and 85K while remaining in liquid form. The temperature of the liquefied nitrogen is controlled using a refrigeration unit and an accompanying heat exchanger. The circulation amount of the liquefied nitrogen can be adjusted with a circulation pump.
Our company offers various applications using refrigeration units.
【Features】
◯ Continuous cooling of spectrometer crystals, HTS coils, and heating elements is possible.
◯ No need for refrigerant replenishment.
◯ A mechanism that transports sub-cooled liquid nitrogen from the refrigeration unit to cool samples using a low-temperature pump.
◯ The device can be installed away from the test specimen.
◯ Continuous operation can be safely conducted with various interlock mechanisms.
◯ Flow and temperature control are possible via the operation control panel, which also includes continuous circulation monitoring, alarm functions, and emergency stop functions.
◆ There is also a "liquid nitrogen cooling type" for the liquid nitrogen circulation cooling device.
